Agreed. I have stayed at 2 companies for 3 years each. Just 1 year at 2 companies each. The reason was I didn't like the work at both the places.

As long as you can justify the reason, it shouldn't have a bad impact on your resume and career.

Also changing jobs frequently just for the sake of money is not recommended. Change if you think you've stayed at one company long enough and are bored of work or you think you're underpaid at your current role.
